I hereby solemnly declare never to grow up. I refuse to be mature in any situation, I will continue to wear mismatching socks until the day I die, I will not will not ever stop doing cartwheels in the mall. I will cry when I fall and scrape my knee, I will not match my shoes to my belt and I won't stop pretending to be a rockstar in front of the mirror, lip-synching. I will continue to be excited for school to get out, even once I've graduated. I will roll down grassy hills and watch clouds when I am 80 years old, and when someone tells me that they love me I will reward them with a toothy grin and say "thank you". I won't give up the firm belief that every love song was written by another of my secret admirers, nor will I stop eating cookie dough. I will get as much barbeque sauce on my face as possible when I eat ribs, and I will oooh and ahhh when I see fireworks.
Just you try and stop me.
