i've got myself wrapped up in this world that's not quite real, that's not all the way in this world. there are pixies and sunny days never get too hot and my clothes always fit just so.
but i don't really think that it's a dreamworld. this is my reality, the sparkley, shiney, smiling reality that keeps everything warm. the ocean is never more than an hour away, and sometimes it's so close you can smell the salt in the air. and i wish that people would stop tryin to make me give it up, because i'm not going to. not ever. i'm going to save the world, i'm going to fix everything, and the sky really is the most amazing shade of blue if you look at it right. i know things get sad. but through rose-colored glasses nothing seems so bad.
so stop trying to convince me otherwise.
i'm in the mood to be cozied up in a sweater watching mansfield park for the billionith time with a few choice friends, but I suppose that'll have to wait until wednesday....
